Term time only + 2 weeks (41 weeks per year)

Surrey Pay grade S7: £31,262 - £32,702 FTE

Actual Salary: £28,274 - £30,136

In this position the successful applicant will ensure the provision of high quality support to the Headteacher and the Senior Team, as they lead this large, high performing, supportive and progressive secondary school. We are seeking someone who values young people, to join our family at Winston.

The role includes managing and developing the school office, secretarial and administrative functions, to include the reprographic department, ensuring and creating a flexible multi-tasking support team. The ability to organise general and whole school events is also a necessity.

Applicants should have excellent ICT skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills; be able to work as part of a team; have the ability to plan and prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality.
