You will work to support classroom teachers and deliver targeted small group sessions. This would be a great opportunity for someone considering teaching or for anyone who would just like to make a real difference to the lives of young people. It is a great gap year job, earn as you learn.

"My time as a Tutor at Winston has been invaluable, it has given me first-hand experience and has allowed me to find out whether I want to teach in the future. Working with students of all backgrounds and abilities has given me experience which I believe will give me the edge in applications, and benefit my training. I would highly recommend a return to Winston for anyone curious about getting involved in teaching with a passion for their subject."
