Surrey Pay grade S7: £27,099 to £29,912
dependent upon experience

or

Term-time + 3 weeks (36 hours/42 weeks per year)
(negotiable for right applicant)

Surrey Pay grade PS7: £24,877 to £27,459
dependent upon experience

Report to: Business Manager & Headteacher

Responsible for:

  • All matters relating to the Human Resource functions of the school and the school businesses
  • The maintenance and monitoring of accurate HR records & production of information as required
  • Administration of all staff recruitment and the induction process for support staff
  • Accuracy of the SCR
  • The management of staff attendance and provision of general HR support including attendance at meetings
  • Overseeing professional development of support staff
  • The accuracy of the service return and information for payroll
  • Providing support in relation to a variety of other HR processes
