Design Technology Technician
Required as soon as possible.
Part-time (20 hrs per week / 39 weeks per year)
Salary Surrey Pay – (£12,465 to £13,677 pro-rata rate)
Full-time equivalent (£26,080 to £28,617)
(dependent upon skills & experience)
The Winston Churchill School aims to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive technician to be part of a well-established technology team ensuring that lessons are resourced, and that rooms and equipment are maintained to a high and safe standard.
The successful candidate will:
- Have an approachable and confident manner allowing communication with a wide variety of people, including our students.
- Have skills appropriate to materials preparation.
- Have good IT skills.
- Have some understanding of the requirements with regard to health & safety across the site.
- Be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be physically fit as some lifting will be involved (training provided)
Training will be given.
The requirement for flexibility of working hours may be required.
