Salary: MPS or UPS (Fringe pay scale)

(£31,350 to £47,839) Plus TLR 2c £3213

An exciting leadership and management opportunity exists for keen, enthusiastic, and passionate teachers with a strong desire to form an integral part of the Geography Team at the school.  There will be a wide variety of opportunities to access high quality CPD to be effectively supported and developed in this role, under the guidance of an outstanding experienced Subject Leader.

The Deputy Head of Geography post will focus primarily on supporting the Head of Department, KS3 academic monitoring, including tracking and supporting disadvantaged students, developing fieldwork, and ensuring that the KS3 curriculum is accessible to all.
