Attendance Administrator

Salary: PS5 (FTE = £24,997 to £26,886)
Actual Salary (£14,922 to £16,062)

The role is 25 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year) with a working pattern of 8am to 1.15pm on Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be expected to respect the need for confidentiality that exists when working in a school environment and will enjoy the rewards of working within a friendly and co-operative team.

Working within the Pastoral Team under the supervision of the Attendance Lead, the role holder is responsible for the statutory recording of student attendance at secondary school.

Maintaining timely and accurate records and analysing data this is a busy role needing an organised and methodical approach. This is a key role and will involve liaising with parents/carers, teachers, Heads of Year, and external agencies.
