In light of recent events involving the spread of COVID-19, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone all future shows and bookings. Unfortunately, although restrictions are slowly being lifted, we are still unable to open at this time. As much as we would love to start bringing high-quality shows to you again, the planetarium is a small venue, and adequate social distancing measures are simply not possible. The health and safety of the community has to come first.
If you have booked a ticket for one of our public shows, your payment is being held and a place will be made available to you on the rescheduled date. Organisers of private bookings and those on the Spacewalkers holiday course have been contacted individually with more information.
We are keeping a close eye on the government guidelines and will be sure to let you know when we will be back up and running again. In the meantime, take a look at our website. It's regularly updated with astronomy news, observing opportunities and sky notes to help you find your own way around the sky. Don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter as well to keep up to date.
Keep your eyes on the sky, stargazers! We'll be back before you know it.
